GAME 49: Winnipeg Jets 1 - Philadelphia Flyers 4
The Jets really struggled during the first period, especially the top line. Rick Bowness eventually swapped Alex Iafallo with Gabriel Vilardi after a weak defensive backcheck by the latter. Additionally, Mark Scheifele was given a shift on the first line as well.
I'm still refining how I want to present these post-game microstatistic graphics. However, I don't want the graphics to become too cluttered.
I'll continue to adjust them week-to-week, but for now, we'll be reviewing them in a format similar to this.
The top pair had a solid game. It's interesting to note that Josh Morrissey set up two chances, and Dylan DeMelo did the same, although they were different types of chances. The Jets' second pair also performed well, especially with Dylan Samberg filling Brenden Dillon's role.
